Solutions · Service lines

By service line.

Build. Train. Scope.

Three delivery shapes that sit underneath every solution lens. Veso Labs is where production work ships. Veso Education is where teams are lifted. Veso Discovery is where engagements are scoped before the first line of code is written.

Our service model

Three service lines because that is what enterprise generative AI engagements actually need.

Engagements arrive carrying one of three questions: what should we build, can our team build it, or where do we even start. Veso Labs, Veso Education, and Veso Discovery map onto those one-for-one — and most engagements eventually use more than one.

How we work

Three claims we make on every engagement, regardless of service line.

Production-grade

From day one

Working software demoed weekly. No long-running pilots that never reach a production gate.

Fixed-fee

Scoping, not unbounded T&M

Paid discovery converts into a fixed-fee proposal with explicit gates. Change requests priced transparently.

Your repo

Your IP, day one

Code, infrastructure-as-code, and runbooks land in your accounts. No build-and-own-it-forever model.

FAQ

Service lines — common questions

How does a service line differ from a solution lens?

A service line is a delivery shape — Veso Labs (build), Veso Education (training), Veso Discovery (scope). A solution lens is the framing around it — industry, region, use case, or service line itself. Every engagement combines one service line as the primary delivery with one or more lenses for framing.

Which service line should I start with?

Start with Veso Discovery if the problem shape is still being framed and you want a scored shortlist of use cases. Start with Veso Labs if you already know what to build and need a partner who ships into production. Start with Veso Education if the gating constraint is internal team capability.

Can one engagement use more than one service line?

Yes — most non-trivial engagements do. A Veso Discovery sprint commonly converts into a Veso Labs build with a Veso Education cohort running in parallel to lift the receiving team. The three lines are sequenced and gated independently.

How are service lines priced?

Fixed-fee after paid discovery. Discovery is a two-week sprint at a known price; the proposal that follows commits to a delivery window, scope of work, and engineering team. Change requests are priced and approved transparently. No unbounded time-and-materials.
