BidGenie
The AI-native CRM that puts sales and proposals on autopilot.
BidGenie uses AI to automate lead qualification, proposal generation, and follow-ups. Sales teams spend their time on high-value work while BidGenie manages the pipeline, personalizes outreach, and builds tailored proposals fast.
Overview
What BidGenie is, and who it is for.
The problem
Tender and proposal writing eat senior time that belongs on win strategy. BidGenie reads RFP and RFQ documents, drafts compliant responses against your reusable answer library, and keeps the pipeline honest. Bid teams stop retyping the same answer and run more deals.
Who it is for
For B2B sales, bid, and proposal teams responding to RFPs, RFQs, and structured tenders. And for revenue leaders who want their answer library to compound, not rot in shared drives.
Sales teams, business development and proposal managers, and B2B companies.

Demo on your last RFP
60 minutes
Send us a redacted past tender. We run BidGenie against it on the call and walk through the draft, the citations, and where a human reviewer still steps in.
- 02
Answer library import
1-2 weeks
Ingest your past proposals, security questionnaires, and product collateral. The library becomes the grounded source for every response. Nothing is invented.
- 03
Pilot bid
2-4 weeks
Run a live tender end-to-end with your bid lead. Iterate on tone, formatting templates, and reviewer hand-off until draft quality clears your current baseline.
- 04
Team rollout
Ongoing
Onboard the wider bid team, wire CRM sync, and set up win/loss feedback so the answer library improves with every closed deal.
Posture
What BidGenie commits to.
Library-grounded
No invented answers
Every drafted response is grounded in your own past answers and collateral, with citations a reviewer can verify before sign-off.
Reviewer-in-loop
Human sign-off retained
BidGenie drafts and prioritises. Senior reviewers still own final wording. The tool compresses the work, not the accountability.
CRM-native
Pipeline-aware
Plugs into your existing CRM so the bid surface and the deal record stay in sync. No parallel system of record.
FAQ
BidGenie: frequently asked questions
How does BidGenie avoid hallucinating commitments in a proposal?
Generated text is grounded in your own answer library and collateral, with inline citations. The drafting model is constrained to that source set. If the library has no answer, BidGenie flags the gap rather than invent one.
Where does our tender data live?
BidGenie runs as SaaS in your chosen region or deploys against an isolated tenant. Sensitive tenders can be excluded from any cross-tenant features and pinned to a specific region.
Does BidGenie replace our CRM?
No. It plugs into the CRM you already use (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics) so deal records and bid drafts stay coupled. We are deliberately not building another system of record.
How do you handle confidential RFP attachments?
Documents are processed under no-training, zero-retention model endpoints by default. Files can auto-purge after the bid closes, and access is scoped to the bid team for that opportunity.
What does a typical rollout look like for a 10-person bid team?
About a week to ingest the answer library, two to four weeks running a live pilot bid, then a phased rollout with weekly review of draft quality. Most teams are self-sufficient inside two months.
