Solutions · Service lines

By service line.

Build. Train. Scope.

Three delivery shapes that sit under every solution lens. Veso Labs ships production work. Veso Education lifts your team. Veso Discovery scopes the engagement before the first line of code.

Our service model

Three service lines, because that is what enterprise generative AI work actually needs.

Every engagement carries one of three questions: what should we build, can our team build it, or where do we start. Veso Labs, Veso Education, and Veso Discovery map onto those one-for-one. Most engagements use more than one.

How we work

Three claims we make on every engagement, whatever the service line.

Production-grade

From day one

Working software demoed weekly. No pilots that never reach production.

Clarity

No nasty surprises

You know what we are building and what it costs before we start. Any change is agreed up front, never billed after the fact.

In production

Built to run

A senior engineer on every call. We hand over working software your team can run, with the quality proven on your data.

FAQ

Service lines: common questions

How does a service line differ from a solution lens?

A service line is a delivery shape: Veso Labs (build), Veso Education (training), Veso Discovery (scope). A solution lens is the framing around it: industry, region, or use case. Every engagement pairs one service line with one or more lenses.

Which service line should I start with?

Start with Veso Discovery if the problem is still being framed and you want a scored shortlist of use cases. Start with Veso Labs if you know what to build and need a partner who ships into production. Start with Veso Education if the constraint is internal team capability.

Can one project use more than one service line?

Yes. Most do. Discovery work often leads into a build, with a training cohort running alongside to bring your team up to speed. The three lines fit together however the work needs them to.

How are service lines priced?

We spend two weeks working out exactly what to build, then tell you the price and the timeline before anything starts. Any change is agreed with you up front. You are never billed by the hour.
